ITI8801 · your kubeconfig

Your credential for the course Kubernetes cluster. Enter your student code and the check code you submitted for Lab 2 in Moodle: the UUID the validator gave you and you pasted there. Only Moodle submissions count, because Moodle knows who you are. If you had not submitted Lab 2, use the temporary code the lecturer sent you.

The file is your password to the cluster: whoever has it acts as you in your namespace. Not in git, not in a screenshot, not in a chat. You can download it again here if you lose it.

Use it:

mv ~/Downloads/iti8801-<code>.yaml ~/.kube/iti8801.yaml
export KUBECONFIG=~/.kube/iti8801.yaml # macOS, Linux: for this terminal
$env:KUBECONFIG="$HOME\.kube\iti8801.yaml" # Windows PowerShell
kubectl config get-contexts
kubectl auth can-i create pods # yes
